By default, article sequence is "0" and the order is set by creating date. This can be overwritten by setting a Sequence.

Publishing status can be set by changing the Linking status. Active (article is published and visible on the web), Inactive (article is not visible on the web), Declined (article is not visible on the web and marked as declined).

Articles created in other pages can be inserted through the Editorial options:

• Click the Display tab and select Articles.

• Type in the name of the article and click Search.
• Click the article title to select.
• Set the linking status (Active) and click Insert.
